The Power of 10

10 wine glasses

10 water glasses

10 salad plates

10 dinner plates

10 salad forks, dinner forks, spoons and knives

10 coffee mugs

10 glasses for after dinner drinks

10 linen napkins

10 friends at my table.

And even though I totally forgot dessert, a great time was had by all.

  1. Divide 10 by 2 and that’s the number for brunch this morning. Off to walk the dog before making a Spanish Tortilla and French toast with berries. Mimosas (Buck’s Fizz) & Bloody Marys. And The Man wants to get to the gym this afternoon. We will see. 🙂

  2. 10 hangovers the next day?!

  3. Cooking for 10 is a load of work! I could never pull it off. I have no talent for it. But I’m always an appreciative guest and try to add to the conversation.

  4. Ellie–Yum…that all sounds amazing. I havent’ had French toast in years!
    Mond–Well, at least one. 🙂
UB–Cooking is the easy part. The hard part is the cleaning up and putting away of ten of everything.

  5. what an affair.

When I have people over I´m running around looking for napkins to sub as plates because I don´t have enough.
